Please note: Due to work and other current commitments, I am currently unable to undertake musical engagements.
Uilleann Pipers are a rare breed, and their skills are much in demand, and
understandably so. What could be more appropriate for a wedding of people
of Irish heritage than music played skilfully on the Uilleann Pipes? In my
career as a piper, I have played at the weddings of
friends,
as well as in a professional capacity as a hired piper. The music I play
at weddings is lively, happy and joyful as befits such an occasion. The
pipes sound fantastic in the acoustically generous environment of a
church, and will make a memorable occasion even more special.
As a professional piper, I have also been engaged to play at funerals. I pride myself on my ability to provide a sympathetic and dignified service to those who have been recently bereaved. I am able to play solemn and expressive slow Irish airs during a funeral service, and it is my express hope and desire that my playing helps the bereaved say goodbye to their loved one, and is befitting to the sad occasion.
In my piping career, I have also been hired to play for corporate entertainment events, music festivals, St Patrick Days events and welcome enquiries concerning engagements.
